transform ist ein Magazin auf liebevoll gestalteten und dickem Papier, das die Leser:innen noch in die Hand nehmen, wenn sie es schon lange durchgelesen haben. Es erscheint einmal im Jahr, weil alle ehrenamtlich arbeiten, keiner Lust auf hektischen Journalismus hat und sich das Magazin per Crowdfunding finanziert. Werbung kommt nämlich nicht ins Heft.
In dieser Ausgabe des transform Magazins wird laut darüber nachgedacht, dass doch verdammt nochmal nicht alles nur schlechter werden kann. Klimakrise, Artensterben, Krieg – das Team vom transform-Magazin möchte nicht, dass ‘die’ Welt untergeht, aber ein Stück ‘dieser’ Welt … warum eigentlich nicht? All die Konzepte für eine ernstgemeinte Transformation von Gesellschaft und Wirtschaft liegen schließlich da. Einige von ihnen wurden aufgeschrieben. Neugierig, nüchtern, manchmal närrisch. Juhu, diese Welt geht unter!
In der Ausgabe № 9 gibt´s von mir eine Illustration für die spannende Kurzgeschichte "Flora 2.0" von Coral Alejandra Moore.
transform is a magazine on lovingly designed and thick paper that readers still pick up after they have read it for a long time. It is published once a year because everyone works on a voluntary basis, nobody is interested in hectic journalism and the magazine is financed by crowdfunding. Advertising is not in the book. This issue of transform magazine thinks aloud that things can't just fucking get worse. Climate crisis, species extinction, war - the transform magazine team doesn't want 'the' world to perish, but a piece of 'this' world... why not? After all, all the concepts for a serious transformation of society and the economy are there. Some of them have been written down. Curious, sober, sometimes foolish. Yay, this world is ending! In issue № 9 I have an illustration for the exciting short story "Flora 2.0" by Coral Alejandra Moore.
